Türk Telekom, the most valuable telecommunication brand in Turkey for the 10th time
International brand valuation firm Brand Finance has selected the 300 most valuable brands in the world of telecommunications with the “Telecoms 300” list, awarding Türk Telekom as Turkey’s “Most Valuable Telecommunication Brand” for the 10th time in a row.
CEO of Türk Telekom Paul Doany made the following statement on the subject: "2017 was a year of ‘growth’ in which we began to benefit from our single brand strategy that we launched in 2016 and to which we added new areas of focus for Türk Telekom. Thus, Türk Telekom recorded record-high growth since its initial public offering in 2008, with 2.8 million net subscribers in 2017 compared to the previous year. It is very gratifying that our successful financial and operational performance is recognized by international independent organizations as well. In this scope, Brand Finance has certified Türk Telekom as Turkey’s “Most Valuable Telecommunication Brand” for the 10th time in a row in the “Telecoms 300” list announced in February 2018.
