Disclosure Policy
Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. (“Türk Telekom” or the “Company”) pursues a transparent and efficient disclosure policy (“Disclosure Policy”) within the framework of relevant laws. The objective of the Disclosure Policy is to share all kinds of legally accountable information and disclosures with all stakeholders, including the relevant authorized bodies and institutions, the existing and potential investors, the employees and the customers in a timely, effective and equal manner as part of an active and open communication as per the Capital Markets Legislation and relatedregulations of Capital Markets Board (CMB) (“Capital Markets Legislation”), the Turkish Commercial Code No: 6102 (TCC) , and the regulations of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. (BIST).
