Sustainability Reports

As Türkiye's first integrated telecommunications operator with over 180 years of history, we see it as our primary mission to lead our country's digital transformation and carry Türkiye into the future. Drawing strength from our past, we work for the future of our country, continuing our activities with our understanding of sustainable growth and holistic value creation. In 2020, we published our first Sustainability Report; in 2023, we published our first integrated activity report, and in 2025, we published our first TSRS-compliant Sustainability Report, transparently presenting our business model, financial and non-financial performance, and our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) value creation approach to our stakeholders. We aim to continue this approach in the coming years, using our integrated reporting model to communicate our company's long-term strategy, performance, and areas of impact more comprehensively. We present our Integrated Activity Reports in accordance with the 2021 GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Core Standards.

Our reports cover our Group's areas of activity and financial results, as well as our sustainability performance, progress on the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and disclosures under sustainability indices.

Our group's integrated activity reporting is conducted annually, and our publicly disclosed financial results and activity report are subject to independent audit. The selection of the independent audit firm is made each year by a decision of our Board of Directors and with the approval of our General Assembly. In addition, our reported greenhouse gas disclosures are subject to external assurance.

Acting with an awareness of our responsibilities to prevent the climate crisis, the greatest environmental challenge facing humanity, we participate in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) to assess our performance and report our emissions from the entire value chain.
